Press releases and press calls throughout the year

To be included in the press database for receiving press releases, please send an email to media(ELIMINAR)@firatarrega.com. On the other hand, all media that request registration at FiraTàrrega will be added to the press distribution list (Personal Data Protection).

Registration at FiraTàrrega event, in September

The registration period for journalists to attend FiraTàrrega opens coinciding with the press conference held in June. There are three types of accreditation: as a writer (PRE), as a photographer (FOT), and as a television crew (TV).

Accreditation grants free access to the Press Room and La Llotja on the days of the FiraTàrrega. The Press Room is equipped with internet access, and the Press Service team offers you their advice, as well as managing interviews before and during the days of the event.

Invitations to attend performances

FiraTàrrega schedules free performances and paid performances. Access to free performances is open to all journalists.

Once accredited, writers will receive an email with instructions on how to reserve invitations for paid performances, depending on the type and scope of the media and the availability of seating.

Photographers and TV crews will be able to access paid performances to take images during the first 3 minutes, without the right to a seat, and prior reservation of tickets will not be necessary. You must follow the instructions of the doorman and/or the stage managers of each venue. It may happen that a company does not authorize the presence of graphic journalists at their performance, which will be communicated in due time. In this case, the Press Service will see if it is possible to arrange a graphic session or provide images to the media.

Accommodation

FiraTàrrega does not cover the cost of accommodation for journalists. Given the lack of hotel rooms in the city, we recommend that once you have requested your regisfration, you book your accommodation as soon as possible.
