Social Animal

Synopsis

Short street dance piece, where five dancers invite the audience to participate from the first scene. We humans are social animals, we need each other, and together we are able to do wonderful things. But we also seek confrontation and sometimes use force to impose our will. Empathy and compassion arise from the synchronisation of the bodies. And our bodies influence the movement of others. To survive is to synchronise with the rest of the group.
