La Llotja fair pavilion is the epicentre for exhibiting and meeting for professionals.

Any professional performing arts organisation can book an exhibition space.

Booking begins in the second week of May. If you would like to receive information when booking begins, please send an email to llotja@firatarrega.com with a request to include email in the exhibitor database.

Modular booths

For comfort. Conventional modular stands that the exhibitor only has to decorate.

Without limit of area

Model "Octanorm" which includes table + chairs, power supply (2.200W / 10A), lighting and a sign with the name above it.
The booking includes registration for the exhibitor (up to 4 delegates)

PRICE 2024

Cost/m2: 95 € (minimum of 4 m2)

Price does not include 10% VAT

Free area

For freedom. A free spot with the desired area and shape where the exhibitor presents their own staging, with prior approval of the project to ensure that the proposal fits the exhibition area and that the pavilion has available spots.

The contract will be approved if the organisation accepts the project for the exhibition.
The free area includes one electrical outlet with a differential (2.200W / 10A)
The booking includes registration for the exhibitor (up to 4 delegates)
