Synopsis

A brief piece that forms part of the choreography “Sentinel”, and that deals with the four primary elements of nature: water, earth, fire and air. In this extract, focussed on water, the different states, forms and textures that this essential substance appears in are described and interpreted through urban dance. This is an element that, like movement, can be liquid and adaptable, solid and rigid, gaseous and volatile, that can flow, that can evaporate, that can give life and that can even take it away.
