Taller de lindy hop + concert

Synopsis

FiraTàrrega takes up the challenge from the Somswing Tàrrega Association to incorporate lindy hop in to its urban dance programming. In this session, free and open to everyone, you are offered the chance to participate in this dance class for beginners, combined with a popular dance with live music. For this occasion, there will be a performance of the musical quartet Doc Scanlon, bassist and singer from New York with a trunk full of traditional jazz, swing and standards that will take us to the atmosphere of New Orleans, the great big bands and the repertoire of American jazz standards from the 1920s, 30s and 40s.
