Programme 2018
Teatr KTOPeregrinus
Synopsis
A parade inspired by the poetic universe of T.S. Eliot that expresses human anxieties in a dehumanized and consumerist world. A day in the life of a human being in the 21th century. Ordinary people who live to work and whose lives are summed up by the journey between home and work. In the sad, terrifying and grotesque world of today, consumerism has become the dominant religion. The Homo Peregrinus is a being with human appearance but stripped of emotionality, predictable and without personality. A critique of the homogeneity and commercial drift of contemporary life.
