Synopsis

Meeting between the musician Nil Ciuró and the poet Mireia Calafell, together on stage for the first time. Based on the comprehensive reading of the poetry collection ‘Si una emergència’ (Carles Riba Award 2023), Calafell recounts a present in a state of emergency and imagines the future, bringing out desire and resistance. Ciuró accompanies and traces melodies and textures that combine melancholy with electronic and experimental rhythms, now darker and now brighter.
